To acquire an AmericInn franchise, an initial investment of $35,000 is due in full when you sign your franchise agreement. This signals your commitment to AmericInn and starts the development process.
Royalty Fee: 5%
Five percent of gross revenue received from your AmericInn is paid on a monthly basis to AmericInn. Sales tax and revenue from vending machines or resale of telephone services are not considered revenue.
Marketing Fee: 2%
Two percent of gross revenue received from your AmericInn is assessed to the AmericInn Marketing Fund. These funds are dedicated to promoting brand awareness and increasing revenue.
